E-Commerce Transition for MSMEs

We provide technical assistance to help MSMEs establish additional revenue streams by exporting to international markets through utilizing e-commerce practices. E-commerce business practices bring along a myriad of economic benefits that include lower financial risks (overheads and running costs) and increased trade exposure to a wider customer base. E-commerce practices have the potential to expand youth job opportunities, empower women, encourage the growth of small businesses, attract new skills and talents, and sustain existing businesses.

We partner with NGOs, international organizations, and international marketplaces to design and implement nationwide programs that deliver e-commerce technical assistance packages to a wide range of MSMEs and active businesses from less fortunate communities.

Women and Youth Empowerment

We are experienced in developing and implementing women and youth economic empowerment, employment, self-employment, and leadership program packages. We believe that our programs targeting women and youth economic empowerment enable beneficiaries to save money, access financial services, develop financial literacy, invest in income-generating activities, gain decision-making agency, and resilience against social restrictions. This combination of economic and social empowerment services positions women and youth as leaders and decision-makers in their communities and beyond.

Additionally, we design, build and implement programs that increase the employability and competitiveness of women and youth in the job market. Such programs deliver targeted skills development and capacity building in response to specific market needs.

Sustainable Economic Environment for MSMEs

We design and implement nation-wide programs in partnership with NGOs, international organizations, international marketplaces, and other stakeholders (i.e. private and government stakeholders) to enhance the rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to international importing and exporting, as well as dialogue and communication between the stakeholders to drive positive economic outcomes.

We have considerable experience in performing comprehensive entrepreneurship programs that include, but are not limited to, needs assessments, training, business development, coaching/mentoring, and access to finance. We equip entrepreneurs and start-ups with the tools to support them in starting and expanding their businesses sustainably.

We design, develop, and deliver special capacity-building programs for entrepreneurs and start-up enterprises. These programs include detailed coaching and mentoring capacity-building activities to allow beneficiaries to manage businesses, boost their sales, and ensure their sustainability.
